A flash player for your browser is necessary to view the videos on five minute photographer. You can download a copy from Adobe at the Flash Player Download Center.

I've purchased a membership but cannot log-in
You must enable cookies on your Internet browser to access the members content on five minute photographer.

I forgot my username/password
If you've forgotten your username or password, you may visit http://www.fiveminutephotographer.com/forgotdetails/ to have your username emailed to you and/or your password reset.

I was a former member, and I want my account back
You may retrieve your expired account by clicking the 'signup' link at the top of the page. When asked for your username and password, simply enter your old credentials.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

1.Log in to your PayPal account.

2.Click the My Account tab.

3.Click the History subtab.

4.Click More filters, select Subscriptions and agreements and then click Subscriptions.

5.Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click Show.

6.Click Details next to the subscription.

7.Click Cancel Subscription.
